Message from the Founder

I founded RISOVENT LTD with a simple belief: innovation should not be limited to specialist departments, external consultants, or a small group of experts.

My journey began with RISE TO INVENT, a project I created to challenge repetitive and incremental thinking about innovation. As AI and digital tools became more accessible, I realised that employees could use these tools to think differently, solve problems, and create practical solutions from within their own organisations.

Before founding RISOVENT, I spent several years teaching, mentoring, and supervising university students and degree apprentices who were already employed professionals working in major organisations.

Through this experience, I saw that many employees have creative potential, but they often need the right skills, structure, confidence, and freedom to use it.

RISOVENT was created to support that shift.

Our mission is to democratise innovation in organisations by helping employees and professionals develop future-ready skills, use AI and digital tools creatively, and become more confident contributors to change inside their workplaces.
