In a world increasingly dominated by small steps rather than giant leaps, Dr. A.R. Badwan observed a troubling trend: the spark of innovation was dimming, with global ideas beginning to mirror each other too closely...
So it begins
Motivated to fight this trend, Dr. Badwan launched 'RISE TO INVENT,' a platform dedicated to sparking creativity through podcasts and community discussions.
2022
Exploring the rise of AI and modern digital tools, Dr Badwan saw a new opportunity: not just to adapt to technology, but to use it as a creative instrument by everyone.
In simple words, to democratise innovation.
The realisation
This realisation refocused the mission of
RISE TO INVENT.
To democratise innovation, people needed a place to create, not labs and not special departments.
Risovent is born
RISE TO INVENT evolved into RISOVENT, with a new focus on reducing incremental innovation and redefining what it truly means to innovate.
The solution
RISOVENT committed to building small spaces inside organisations where employees could think creatively, explore ideas, and design solutions to their own workplace challenges.
This commitment became the foundation of what RISOVENT now calls Creative Pockets.

We are achieving this through specialised training built around our core skill areas:
1. Creative Autonomy, 2. Disruptive Design Literacy, 3. Creation Skills, and
