After completing a RISOVENT workshop, organisations can choose to form a Creative Pocket.

A Creative Pocket is a focused space inside your organisation where employees continue building their creative capability in a structured and meaningful way.

It can take two forms depending on your goals:
Activated or Established.

What is a Creative Pocket?

A Creative Pocket is a focused learning environment where employees strengthen the four RISOVENT skills: Creative Autonomy, Disruptive Design Literacy, Instrumental Creation Skills, and System Reimagining.

Creative Pockets, whether Activated or Established, ensure that employee development continues as work and technology evolve.

As AI reshapes tasks and roles, employees must continuously strengthen the four RISOVENT skills.

Creative Pockets support this ongoing development through training or mentorship, enabling employees not only to adapt to an AI-enabled workplace, but also to independently improve internal workplace challenges using their own creative capability.

How to form a Creative Pocket?

There are two ways to form a creative pocket inside your organisation

1. Activated Creative Pocket

A creative pocket becomes activated when an organisation chooses to continue developing employees’ skills through ongoing online mentorship.

In this option, mentorship focuses on guiding employees to strengthen one or more of the four RISOVENT skills, depending on organisational priorities and individual development needs.

How it works?

  • The client approves participation.

  • Employees join RISOVENT’s online mentorship space.

  • Mentorship sessions focus on developing specific RISOVENT skills

  • Guidance is reflective and skill-focused.

What employees gain?

  • Continued creative direction after training

  • Deeper understanding of one or more RISOVENT skills

  • Confidence in applying creative thinking to their work

  • A supported space to grow creative autonomy

2. Established Creative Pocket

A creative pocket becomes established when an organisation asks RISOVENT to design a complete internal creative training system that can operate within the company.

How it works?

  • The client requests the establishment of a Creative Pocket.

  • RISOVENT designs the internal training structure.

  • The client approves the system.

  • The client decides which employees participate.

What do we design?

  • A clear internal training framework.

  • Learning pathways aligned with the four RISOVENT skills.

  • Internal workshops and structured learning sessions.

  • Skill-development cycles.

  • Guidelines, templates, and training resources.
