The Next Stage
After completing a RISOVENT training workshop, your organisation may choose to activate a Creative Pocket.
A Creative Pocket is an optional post-training pathway where employees continue building what they learned, strengthening their creative capability and turning new skills into everyday behaviour.
What is a Creative Pocket?
A Creative Pocket is a space inside your organisation where employees keep building what they learned in a RISOVENT workshop.
At its core, a Creative Pocket exists to help employees strengthen the four RISOVENT skills: Creative Autonomy, Disruptive Design Literacy, Instrumental Creation Skills, and System Reimagining.
A Creative Pocket becomes part of your organisation’s own operations, helping employees to identify and improve internal workplace problems.
How to form a Creative Pocket?
There are two ways to form a creative pocket inside your organisation
1. Natural Creative Pocket
A Natural Creative Pocket forms when your team chooses to keep strengthening their skills with guidance from RISOVENT.
How to activate it?
A manager approves participation.
Employees join RISOVENT’s online mentorship space.
The mentorship continues for a temporary period agreed with the client.
What employees experience?
Support from a RISOVENT mentor.
Clarification, direction, and guided reflection.
A structured space to continue building what was learned in a previous workshop.
2. Structured Creative Pocket
A Structured Creative Pocket is a more formal option where your organisation asks RISOVENT to design a complete creative system for your employees.
How to establish it?
A manager or leadership team requests this option.
The organisation approves RISOVENT’s proposed system.
RISOVENT designs the full Creative Pocket system.
RISOVENT provides guidance on how use it inside the organisation.
What do we design?
A clear creative purpose.
Creative workflows.
Defined roles and policies.
Collaboration routines.
Creative cycles and rituals.
Why Creative Pockets Matter?
Creative Pockets, whether activated or established, help employees take what they learned in the workshop and use it in a meaningful, guided way.
They give teams a focused space to explore ideas, design solutions and build simple prototypes to fix internal workplace problems and improve the organisation’s own operations.
As more tasks become automated by AI, employees gain extra time in their day. A Creative Pocket turns that gap time into an opportunity by helping employees use it productively to improve their workplace from the inside.
