RISOVENT’s current mission is to democratise innovation inside organisations by helping employees develop the skills, confidence, and tools to innovate from within.

Through training workshops, RISOVENT helps employees use AI, digital tools, and creative thinking to identify workplace problems and design practical solutions.

TRAINING | CREATIVE POCKETS

RISOVENT training workshops are the starting point.

After training, clients will have the option to form Creative Pockets. These are small creative environments where trained employees continue strengthening and applying their four RISOVENT skills to solve internal workplace problems.

RISOVENT is moving towards a future where innovation is not limited to senior leaders, external consultants, or specialist departments.
