Clients can explore the bite-sized training customization options listed above.

2. Contact for customisation

Interested clients can click the "Book Now" button to schedule an online meeting and directly discuss their training customization options.

3. Free consultation

Clients will receive a free consultation to understand their training needs to generate a proposal.

4. Proposal submission

RISOVENT LTD drafts a preliminary proposal of the bite-size training workshop, including descriptions, the general scope and cost. Clients can request changes to the proposal.

5. Clients confirmation via email

After reviewing the proposal, clients confirm their interest and intention to proceed by emailing their acceptance.

7. Begin creating "bite-size" training materials

RISOVENT LTD sends the client a contract via email, which includes service descriptions, total price, payment methods, cancellation rights and any related contents.

Clients are encouraged to review or ask any questions about the contract before signing. The client is informed about their right to cancel within 14 days of contract signing.

6. Contract discussion and signing

RISOVENT LTD begins creating the bite-sized training workshop, including materials, exercises, slides, and any necessary templates or documents. More information can be found in question 7 on the FAQ page.

Selected and designated individuals from the company will have the ability to monitor the progress of the service.

9. Deliver the "bite-size" training workshop

After agreeing on the bite-sized training materials, RISOVENT LTD will deliver the training according to the schedule and terms outlined in the contract.

11. Invoice and Payment Due

The invoice details hourly charges for designing and preparing the bite-sized training workshop materials, as well as for delivering the bite-size training workshop itself.

RISOVENT LTD will issue and send the invoice to the client, who must then complete the payment within 10 days of the invoice date.

8. Preparatory Information and Technical Setup

RISOVENT will send any necessary technical instructions for participating in the "bite-size" training workshop, ensuring clients are ready to engage effectively.
