At RISOVENT, we want to ensure a straightforward experience for all our clients.

1. Client browsing

The client visits the RISOVENT website to browse available ready-made training workshops listed above.

2. Express interest

If interested, the client clicks the "Book Now" button below to schedule a date and time for an online meeting with us.

3. Booking confirmation

A confirmation is sent to the client's email, confirming the scheduled online meeting on Microsoft Teams.

4. Email confirmation

After the online meeting, the client sends an email to confirm their intent if they wish to proceed with booking the specified workshop.

5. Contract overview and payment details

RISOVENT LTD sends the client a contract via email, which includes service descriptions, total price, payment methods, cancellation rights, and any related content. Clients are welcome to review or ask any questions about the contract, terms & conditions, and our privacy policy before signing. Please note that an invoice will be sent after the service is delivered.

7. Preparatory information and technical setup

The client reviews, signs, and returns the contract and any supporting documents via email on a specified date. They must also acknowledge receipt and understanding of the contract. The client is informed about their right to cancel within 14 days of contract signing.

6. Contract signing and acknowledgment of receipt

RISOVENT LTD sends any necessary technical instructions for participating in the training workshop, ensuring clients are ready to engage effectively.

9. Certificates of Attendance

After the completion of the workshop, RISOVENT LTD will provide certificates to participants to acknowledge their attendance, as applicable.

10. Invoice and Payment due

RISOVENT LTD will issue an invoice to the client, who must then make the payment within 10 days of the invoice date.

The training workshop will be delivered on a scheduled date.
