Click Book Now to schedule a short online meeting to confirm needs, format (online or face-to-face), and date options.

3. Confirm by email

After the call, email us to confirm you’d like to proceed with the selected workshop.

4. Receive service agreement & details

We email the Service Agreement (contract) with the service description, total price, payment terms, cancellation rights, and related information. You can review and ask questions.

5. Agreement signed & Invoice issued

Sign and return the Service Agreement by email. You will also acknowledge receipt of the documents and your 14-day cancellation right. Once signed, we issue the invoice before the training begins.

7. Training delivery

We share any technical instructions or logistics (e.g., Microsoft Teams setup or on-site arrangements).

6. Pre-session setup

We deliver the workshop on the agreed date (online or face-to-face).

8. Completion

We issue optional certificates of attendance (if applicable).

9. After the workshop: Creative Pocket activation (optional)

You can activate a Creative Pocket inside your organisation, where employees receive guided support to keep practising what they learned.
