Interested clients can click the "Book Now" button to schedule a direct online meeting.

3. Free consultation

Clients will receive a free online consultation to clarify their short training workshops design needs.

4. Proposal submission

RISOVENT LTD drafts a preliminary proposal of the short training workshop, including descriptions, the general scope and cost.

5. Clients confirmation via email

After reviewing and modifying the proposal, clients confirm their interest via email.

7. Begin designing the short training workshop

RISOVENT LTD sends the client a contract via email, which includes service descriptions, total price, payment methods, cancellation rights and any related contents.

Clients are encouraged to review or ask any questions about the contract before signing. The client is informed about their right to cancel within 14 days of contract signing.

6. Contract discussion and signing

RISOVENT LTD begins creating the short training workshop including materials, exercises, slides, and any necessary templates or documents. Clients (selected & designated individuals from the company only) will be able to monitor the progress of the service.

8. Deliver the fully designed training programme to the client

RISOVENT LTD will conduct the training as per the schedule and agreement in the contract.

9. Invoice and due payment

The invoice details hourly charges for designing the short training workshop materials and contents and any related costs or charges.

RISOVENT LTD will issue and send the invoice to the client, who must then complete the payment within 10 days of the invoice date.
