1. What is the language of the training?

The official language of the training is English.

2. What is the format of the training?

We provide training either online or face-to-face.

3. Can anyone request online training?

We are rolling out our online training services gradually. Currently, online training is available only in the United Kingdom, EU member states, European Economic Area (EEA) countries, and European Free Trade Association (EFTA) countries.

Our online training will be available to countries outside the UK and Europe at a later date.

4. Do you offer face-to-face training to all companies?

No. Only online training is available to companies of any size (see question 3). Eligibility for our face-to-face training requires companies to meet two specific criteria:

  • The company or organization must be located in the United Kingdom or Europe.

  • The company or organization must have more than 500 employees.

7. What is included in a "bite-sized" training workshop?

Yes. Starting August 2025, we will begin offering face-to-face training to companies and organizations in Europe. Expansion of face-to-face training to countries outside the United Kingdom and Europe will be announced at a later stage.

5. Are you planning to expand face-to-face training to other countries?

The content of a customized "bite-sized" training workshop depends on the requested duration, which can range from 1 to 4 hours.

Generally, we include a training outline, schedule, instructional methods, digital resources (if necessary), PowerPoint slides, relevant templates, scenario exercises, and practical assessments. The scope and depth of these materials are tailored to fit the specific duration and needs of your training workshop.

8. Can I cancel the service anytime I like?

Clients have 14 days to cancel the service after signing the contract.

If you would like to cancel a service then please email us at contact@risovent.com or fill out the contact form on our website. Once we receive your request, we will send you the cancellation form.

6. Can I request to only create a training workshop and let someone else deliver it?

Yes, we specialize in designing customized 'bite-sized' training workshops that range from 1 to 4 hours each, which your team or any designated trainer can deliver to their own clients or employees.

Each 'bite-sized' training workshop will require a specific number of hours of work to complete the design process. Clients from anywhere in the world can request this service.

9. Are the certificates of attendance accredited?

No. RISOVENT LTD issues certificates of attendance to participants who have fully participated in and attended a training workshop. These certificates are intended to confirm participation in our training workshops only; they are not accredited.

Our training workshops are designed to enhance the overall innovation performance of our clients' businesses or organizations by equipping their employees with modern skills and knowledge. This focus ensures that the training is specifically tailored to improve processes and practices within the company itself, rather than directly advancing an individual's career outside of their current organizational role.

10. Do you work with educational institutes and universities to design and deliver training workshops?

Yes, we are open to collaborating with educational institutions and universities to create and deliver training workshops. Currently, we offer all our services exclusively online to universities.

11. Can I visit you?

We conduct all client meetings online via Microsoft Teams or similar platforms. For in-person meetings, please contact us to book an appointment.
