1. What is the language of the training?
All RISOVENT training workshops and services are delivered in English.
2. What is the format of the training?
RISOVENT offers training in two formats: online, available worldwide, and face-to-face, available in the UK, the EU, and internationally depending on availability.
3. Can anyone request online training?
Yes. Our online training workshops are available to companies and organisations worldwide. We encourage interested clients to contact us in advance to discuss scheduling and requirements.
4. Do you offer face-to-face training to all companies?
RISOVENT delivers training both online and face-to-face, depending on client location and availability.
Online training is available worldwide.
Face-to-face training is available in the UK, the EU, and internationally, depending on RISOVENT’s scheduling and travel capacity.
If face-to-face delivery is not possible, the workshop can still be delivered online.

7. What is included in a "bite-sized" training workshop?
The content of a customized "bite-sized" training workshop depends on the requested duration, which can range from 1 to 5 hours.
Generally, we include a training outline, schedule, instructional methods, digital resources (if necessary), PowerPoint slides, relevant templates, scenario exercises, and practical assessments. The scope and depth of these materials are tailored to fit the specific duration and needs of your training workshop.
8. Can I cancel the service anytime I like?
Clients have 14 days to cancel the service after signing the contract.
If you would like to cancel a service then please email us at contact@risovent.com or fill out the contact form on our website. Once we receive your request, we will send you the cancellation form.
6. Can I request RISOVENT to design a training workshop without delivery?
Yes. RISOVENT specialises in designing customised “bite-sized” training workshops (typically 1 to 5 hours long) that your team or any designated trainer can deliver to employees, clients, or customers.
Each workshop design requires a specific number of working hours, depending on the topic and complexity.

9. Are the certificates of attendance accredited?
No. RISOVENT LTD issues certificates of attendance to participants who have completed one of our training workshops.
These certificates are designed solely to confirm participation in a RISOVENT training session; they are not accredited by any external body.
The purpose of RISOVENT training is to enhance employees’ skills, creativity, and innovation performance within their current workplace, not to provide qualifications for external career advancement. Our workshops are intentionally designed to help participants perform better in their existing roles and contribute more effectively to their organisation’s success.
10. Do you work with educational institutes and universities to design and deliver training workshops?
Yes. RISOVENT collaborates with educational institutions and universities in two ways:
We can co-design and co-deliver training workshops in partnership with universities to serve a third client or organisation.
We can also design customised training workshops exclusively for the university itself, allowing it to deliver these sessions independently to its own staff or clients.
11. Can I visit you?
We conduct all client meetings online via Microsoft Teams or similar platforms. For in-person meetings, please contact us to book an appointment.
5. Is there a minimum booking requirement?
For online training, there is no minimum booking. Clients can request any single training workshop.
For face-to-face training, minimum booking requirements apply depending on client location and workshop type.
