At RISOVENT, we want to ensure a straightforward experience for all our clients.

1. Explore mentoring service

Clients visit the RISOVENT website to explore more about mentoring services designed for employees with less than 3 years of work experience.

2. Free consultation

Interested clients can click the "Book Now" button to schedule a direct online meeting to discuss their specific needs, mentorship methods, and other preferences for the mentoring service.

3. Customisation of a mentoring plan

Following the initial consultation, RISOVENT LTD drafts a customized mentoring plan that outlines the scope, style, and structure of the mentoring sessions.

4. Feedback and adjustments

Clients provide feedback on the initial plan. Based on this feedback, RISOVENT LTD makes any necessary adjustments to the mentoring plan to better meet the client's needs and expectations.

6. Mentoring session commencement

Once the mentorship plan is finalized and approved by the client, a contract is drafted and sent via email. Clients are encouraged to review the contract thoroughly and ask any questions before signing.

5. Contract agreement and signing

Mentoring sessions begin as scheduled in the contract. These sessions are conducted online via platforms such as Microsoft Teams, tailored to the real-time needs of the participants.

7. Ongoing support

RISOVENT provides continuous support and regular evaluations for the mentees, ensuring their development needs are effectively met during the 3-month period.

Upon completion of the mentoring sessions, a final review session is held to discuss the outcomes and gather feedback from both the client and the mentees.

RISOVENT LTD will issue an invoice to the client, who must then make the payment within 10 days of the invoice date.
